Formally known as Advanced Balance Wellness Clinic, The Ridge Osteopathy offers treatment specifically for musculoskeletal complaints due to lifestyle and sports related injuries, and issues experienced during and after pregnancy.
Our goal at The Ridge Osteopathy is to facilitate healing, reduce pain and restore efficient movement as quickly as possible. We achieve this through hands-on therapy, individualized rehabilitation programs, and treatment plans designed for each patient.

Absolutely brilliant. Kind, friendly service and probably the best sports massage I’ve had. This is my second time with further dates scheduled. I find the deep tissue massage beneficial to my overall fitness (weight lifting) goals and aspirations. Thank you and looking forward to future sessions
I went to see Kathleen because I had significant lower back pain and it wasn’t easing very quickly. She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She has a great wealth of knowledge and shares great advice. It’s only been a couple of days and already my back feels much better. I will be continuing my treatment with her and would highly recommend her to anyone else.
